The Community over Chaos Virtual Gala, will honor five powerful Black women including Nikole Hannah-Jones – Pulitzer Prize winning creator of the NYT 1619 Project – and four corporate leaders who understand the role of anchor institutions in building community: Shané Harris (The Prudential Foundation); Michellene Davis (RWJBarnabas Health); Claudia Curtis (Becton, Dickinson & Company); and Marcia Brown (Rutgers University-Newark).
