Williams Transco. Is proposing to build a 26’’ fracked gas pipeline through residential communities in Sayreville & Old Bridge, under the Garden State Pkwy, near Cheesequake Park, and through the Raritan Bay.
Join Indivisible NJ 4th District and others at a public meeting with elected officials to stop this dangerous proposal. The pipeline is a safety hazard with the potential for explosion, but may leak unhealthy methane & benzene into the air, lead to lower property values, and endanger coastal marine life. An expanded pipeline also means more dangerous air pollution coming from the existing compressor station.
