"Join us for an afternoon of learning how to defend yourself! Damsel in Defense’s Mission is to equip, empower, and educate women to protect themselves and their families. Besides shopping products, Hana Tello, a Tae Kwon Do Black Belt, will facilitate a self-defense workshop. Although a free event, we will be collect cash donations at the door for the Sigma Kappa Foundation. The Sigma Kappa Foundation is a 501(3)c charity which inspires our sisterhood to excel in philanthropic service to benefit all of society. The SKF provides scholarships, leadership opportunities and is a member of the Alzheimer’s Zenith Society, dedicated to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s.
