Introductory program to develop skills to talk to people who may not hold the same opinions, views and beliefs Participants will examine style, need and “gain” and cover key elements such as learning the difference between transactional and relational communications, the “Why” as well as the perceived need for or value of dialogue. We will talk about our roles and relationships as both speaker and hearer. This is an entry level conversation to help us get back to the basics of civility.
