Air pollution expert and clinician Dr. Robert Laumbach will elaborate on the public health impacts of fossil fuel activity to adults and children living in New Jersey. We will explore how air pollutants and climate impacts from global warming negatively affect the human body. We will also look at what where these impacts are most prevalent throughout the state, and what they cost our communities. Lauren O'Brien, NJ Director of Pay Up Climate Polluters, will also present evidence of what the fossil fuel industry has known about their products since the early 1960's, what misinformation they have been feeding the public ever since, and why there is a national campaign to hold them financially accountable for their fair share of damages.
