Run The Hook is proud to be a single-use plastic free event as part of our mission to rid the beaches and oceans of plastic litter and pollution. All runners receive a commemorative pint glass as they cross the finish line in conjunction with that message in addition to a t-shirt, closed course on Sandy Hook National Park, chip timed results, and the after party.

Run The Hook returns for the 4th Annual 5K/10K race to kick off the summer at Sandy Hook National Park. We are once again going 100% single-use plastic free in support of our charity partner, Clean Ocean Action and our mission to rid our beaches and waters from plastic pollution.

A portion of proceeds from the race will go to Clean Ocean Action to support their work to keep our marine ecosystems strong and our oceans free of pollution and oil drilling. Join us on Mother's Day to preserve our greatest Mother of all, Earth!
