Eugene Kiely is director of FactCheck.org, a project of The Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. FactCheck.org is a nonpartisan, nonprofit “consumer advocate” for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. Kiely is a journalist who has covered government and politics for more than 20 years.
