Women Vote Welle is a grass roots initiative of the Welle Campaign to ensure that we Flip the Fourth in November. Through Meet and Greets, Fundraisers, voter analysis, and geographic targeting we are trying to channel the energy and committment of the Women's Marches of 2017 and 2018 into positive action to defeat Chris Smith.
