The Training:  "will introduce participants to the core principles and covenants of the Poor People's Campaign. The training will prepare participants with the skills and tools needed to engage in the nonviolent moral fusion direct action campaign this Spring. Experienced nonviolence practitioners, attorneys, musicologists and local organizers will lead a series of workshops including effective de-escalation and peace-keeping, legal know your rights, movement music, arts and culture making, and more. We will also join a national livestream with movement leaders to unify diverse communities across the country who are participating in the upcoming launch of the Poor People's campaign.

Whether you're interested in risking arrest or participating in a support role, this training is the place to learn how you can become a leader in the New Jersey Poor People's campaign! Childcare and light refreshments will be provided. "
