WHAT: - Protect the Mueller investigation through bipartisan legislation to prevent Special Counsel Mueller from being fired: H.R. 3654 the Special Counsel Independence Protection Act, and H.R. 4669 the Special Counsel Integrity Act.  

- Restrict the President's ability to launch a nuclear strike without congressional authorization: H.R. 669, the Restricting First Use of Nuclear Weapons Act of 2017 (to make explicit that Trump cannot launch a nuclear strike absent a declaration of war from Congress), and H.R. 4140, the No Unconstitutional Strike Against North Korea Act of 2017 (prevents Trump from launching a strike at North Korea specifically without congressional authorization.)
