We are committed to helping our membership and the public make an informed decision about the three June 2018 Democratic primary candidates competing to be the Democrat who will run against Congressman Smith in November. Each Candidate will appear individually in a “town hall” style gathering at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation 1475 W Front St. in Lincroft. Candidates will describe their qualifications for office, their motivation for running, positions on important issues, how they plan to defeat Chris Smith, and answer questions from the audience. The candidates have agreed to refrain from speaking ill of or attacking their fellow primary candidates. Audience members asking questions will also be asked to refrain from speaking ill of or attacking the candidates.
While donations are encouraged to help defray costs, admission is free. But you must have a ticket to get in. Seating capacity in the church is 200.
