If Graham-Cassidy passes, it would:    

• Cut ACA Marketplace subsidies for millions, including more than 200,000 New Jerseyans, and end them completely in 2027
• End the Medicaid expansion and caps and makes deep cuts to the rest of the Medicaid program
• Redistribute funds from states like New Jersey that expanded Medicaid to those that refused to expand Medicaid
