Call to Action - Women's Equality Day

 On August 26th, 1920 women finally won the right to vote with the addition of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution. To commemorate this day, Congress established Women’s Equality Day to celebrate women’s continuing efforts to fight for justice and progress.

Join us in honoring the trailblazers who have come before us with 3 easy actions:

(1) Wear white in solidarity with the pioneers of the Women’s Movement
(2) Support the Equal Rights Amendment by calling your Members of Congress
(3) Commit to vote in all elections with a pledge on social media using the hashtag #womenwillvote
