"The City of Asbury Park wants to negotiate a deal to save its north end beach. iStar isn't budging. So we are going to hold a rally on their doorstep. And we are sending RSVP card to iStar's CEO Jay Sugarman. We are not even sure CEO Sugarman fully understands this issue. So it's our job to make sure he does.
