"The American Health Care Act has passed the House of Representatives.

The reason the American Health Care Act was even considered again is because of Tom MacArthur. When everyone considered the bill dead, Tom MacArthur continued negotiating with the Trump Administration and the far right Freedom Caucus to cut a deal that could get a bill passed. That deal, the MacArthur Amendment, makes what was already a cruel and harmful bill even worse. The changes that Tom MacArthur negotiated endanger preexisting condition protections as well as essential health benefits for millions of Americans.

On Wednesday May 10 Tom MacArthur is holding a town hall meeting in Willingboro, NJ. If you are a constituent of the 3rd Congressional District please sign up for the town hall here.

If you aren't, or if you can't get in, please join us outside to protest outside the town hall. Tom MacArthur is the reason that this bill passed on May 4. We need to show up on May 10 outside his Town Hall to let him know what his constituents and what NEW JERSEY think of him and his health care bill."
