LET’S TALK ABOUT RACE: The next discussion will take place on Wednesday, November 29 beginning at 7:00 p.m. when the focus will be “Racism Without Racists”.

The Library is pleased to welcome Reverend Ronald Thomas to the program. Reverend Thomas is an Associate Minister at Fountain Baptist Church of Summit NJ. Rev. Thomas’ ministry includes Prison and Reentry Ministry Coordinator, the Boys Rites of Passage core team, Scholarship and Men’s Ministries. He is a Christian services volunteer at Talbot Hall, a New Jersey Department of Corrections assessment center and a Bible study Instructor at Market Street Mission, a substance abuse recovery center. Rev. Thomas serves on the Union County Re-entry Task Force, a county-wide initiative chaired by NJ State Parole
Board and the Urban League of Union County, which coordinates the public and private response to the needs of returning citizens.
